or using an estate agent. We believe that our way is easier,
takes less time and saves you a lot of money. And, even if
you already have an estate agent, you can still use coolcaves.
It’s
a simple process, we help you to market your house to a huge
audience of buyers and then the buyers come directly to you.
You conduct the viewings (like you would do anyway), you negotiate
the price and then you instruct your solicitor to close the
deal. We provide a free Advice
Centre to help you along the way and we’re
always on the end of the phone or email if you need our assistance.

estate agents trying to find their next home - now they just
go onto the web and look at one or two property websites.

That’s it, no commission, nothing else to pay when

business, our overheads are very low. We don’t need
a shop front located in an expensive pitch, we don’t
need loads of staff and we don’t have to pay commissions
to salespeople. Moving
home is expensive enough with costs you can’t avoid.
You need a solicitor to make it legal, you have to pay stamp
duty and you have to pay to move all your stuff into the
new place. But do you need someone taking 2% for doing something
that you can do yourself? Course not.
