service, interruptions or delays of our partner sites. We
have no control over the format of display of your property
details on our partner sites. However, should you have any
issues with the details on display, we will work with the
partner site on your behalf, in order to rectify the situation.
Limit of liability
The maximum liability for any loss arising due to our negligence
will be limited to a sum equal to the value of the advertising
fee received.

is given of uninterrupted or error free or virus free access
to, or running of this site. No guarantee is given that

Payment
Under the terms of this agreement, payment for each property
listing will be made prior to the listing being advertised
on this or any partner site.
Refunds
We will offer a full refund if you wish to cancel your property
listing within 5 working days of the property being advertised
live on the site, except where an offer is submitted or
the property is sold to any purchaser, whether through us
or not. Other circumstances may be reviewed and a refund
offered at our discretion, although under no circumstances
will our liability exceed the value of the advertising fee
received.

All financial transactions involving a debit/credit card

Group). We do not hold any of these card details on our
site, rather they are stored on the secure servers of WorldPay,
who only hold and process your card details for your protection
and security. We do not receive any card numbers or details
other than an automated confirmation of the order.
Buyers
There is no requirement for buyers to provide any personal
information to use this site. As we encourage buyers to
contact sellers direct, there should be no need to supply
any information directly to coolcaves.com. If, however,
a buyer does forward their personal details to us, we will
only pass these forward to any specified seller. These details
will then be held in confidence in accordance with this
